Flights

We recommend flying into the John Wayne Airport (abbreviated SNA).  This airport is smaller, but is only 5-10 minutes from the recommended hotels and venue making travel as easy as possible.  As a note, the Los Angeles International Airport (abbreviated LAX) is approximately an hour away from the hotels and venues and we cannot coordinate rides/shuttles from LAX. Ceremony And Reception Venue Note

We will be holding the wedding ceremony and dinner/reception at the same venue back-to-back.  You will not have to worry about leaving and coming back.  There will be a hour-long cocktail hour in-between the ceremony and reception to allow the venue personnel to set up for dinner.  Also note that the venue is indoors and will be air conditioned, so it may be cool despite the summer season.

Alcohol

Wine and beer will be provided for the duration of the event and a cash bar will be available for well drinks.  If you choose to consume alcohol please ensure you have arrangements to get to your accommodations at the end of the night.

Venue Directions

The venue address is: 600 Town Center Dr, Costa Mesa, CA 92626

Directions if arriving at John Wayne Airport (SNA):

  • When exiting the airport turn left onto MacArthur Blvd.

  • Get to the far right lane as quickly and as safely possible

  • Turn right onto the onramp for the 405 North towards Long Beach

  • After 1.3 miles take exit 9B for Bristol Street toward Anton Blvd.

  • Keep left for .4 miles and follow signs for Bristol Street

  • After approx. .3 miles turn right onto Bristol Street

  • Turn Right onto Town Center Dr. and continue for .2 miles

  • Town Center Dr. will dead end into the round about shown below

As you can see below, the wedding will be held in the lobby of the white building on the right, specifically called the Renée and Henry Segerstrom Concert Hall.

Parking

Parking will not be provided or arranged given the venue's proximity to the hotels.  If you are using a car the closest parking is in the Plaza Tower Parking Structure which charges $1.50 for each 15 min, with a daily maximum of $20.  Alternatively you are welcome to risk a parking ticket and park in South Coast Plaza across Bristol Street from the venue as parking at South Coast Plaza for non-customers is prohibited, however we would recommend taking a ride-hailing service so you can fully enjoy the party!
